In the Town of View Royal, Elements Casino Victoria occupies 1708 Island Hwy, Victoria. Its phone number is 250-391-0311. It opened in 2001 as View Royal Casino and was expanded and renamed in 2018. On January 16, 2025, Petroglyph Development Group, a company owned outright by Snuneymuxw First Nation, completed buying the casino from Great Canadian.

Hours are local Pacific time. The casino opens Sunday to Thursday 9 AM to 2 AM, and Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 4 AM. This page leaves out holiday hours; the venue's own site carries them.

Live tables run Sunday to Thursday 12 PM to 2 AM, and Friday and Saturday 12 PM to 4 AM. Games include blackjack, roulette, Ruyi Baccarat and Face Up Pai Gow.
